How long will it take to receive my espresso machine?
Most in-stock machines ship within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer professional setup and training?
Yes, we provide complimentary remote setup support and one-on-one video training with our coffee experts for every machine purchase to ensure you pull the perfect shot from day one.
What is your return policy on equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for most equipment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to used machines.
Does my machine come with a warranty?
Every machine sold by Clive Coffee includes a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty. Many of our premium brands offer extended two or three-year warranties for added peace of mind.
