We love the tropical fruit notes in coffees from this region and the sugar cane (aka ethyl acetate) decaffeination processing allows the coffee to retain its character. Using the byproduct of sugar cane processing, this decaffeination method maintains the flavors and acidity of the coffee, so you donāt have that flat or stale taste that decaf coffees often have.
