Colombia Ernedis Rodriguez Field Blend

Ernedis Rodriguez is an accomplished and innovative producer who grows an array of varieties on his 14 hectare farm, El Paraiso, in central Huila. Last year, we offered separations of three of the exotic varieties grown on El Paraiso: Chiroso, Java, and Sidra. This new lot from the December harvest represents a fresh opportunity to taste those varieties — now combined, and with an added small amount of Pink Bourbon. We get a distinctive profile that displays aspects of each variety but coheres into a sweet, balanced, juicy, lightly floral cup. Expect round tropicals, floral citrus, and glazed sweetness.
