  • Region: La Democracia, Huehuetenango; Sipacapa, San Marcos
  • Elevation: 1,500–1,700 meters above sea level

About ASOPCE

The Association of Special Coffee Producers of Huehuetenango supports member families with technical assistance, coffee education, and centralized storage and export logistics. Each producer manages small lots—often under five hectares—following strict wet mill and drying protocols. Populace Coffee partners with ASOPCE for full container Organics through the Cimarron program and single-farm lot separations, cupping collaboratively to build custom organic solutions. Notable member farms include Finca El Pacayal and Finca El Naranjo.

Roasted by Populace Coffee and available at Clive Coffee, where great espresso starts with great beans—and the equipment, support, and education to extract them properly.
