Built on a foundation of sustainably sourced Ethiopian and Fairtrade Organic Colombian beans, this medium roast strikes that rare balance: complex enough to keep specialty coffee enthusiasts interested, friendly enough to welcome newcomers without intimidation.
The Ethiopian component brings brightness and fruit-forward complexity—think chocolate-covered strawberries and blueberries—while the Colombian base anchors everything with honeyed sweetness and a velvety body that feels luxurious on the palate.
