When developing our coffee lineup, the "Dark Roast" spot brought up much debate.Ā How can we create a coffee that our dark roast die hards will enjoy, but without burning the bean?Ā We sent about on a journey of roasting and tasting until we were sure we had something good.Ā Alas, our Sumatra was complete.Ā A full bodied coffee without the bitterness.Ā A clean cup without the taste of smoke and char.Ā Brewed best in a french press but can also be easily enjoyed as a drip.
