Return to Sender Reprocesing Fee (Non-Espresso Machine)
This fee applies when a shipment of non-espresso equipment is refused at delivery, returned by the carrier as undeliverable, or sent back to Clive Coffee for any reason outside our control. It covers the cost of inspecting returned merchandise, processing it back into inventory, and coordinating with shipping carriers.

When This Fee Applies
This reprocessing fee is charged when non-espresso equipment (grinders, accessories, parts, or other coffee gear) is returned to Clive Coffee due to delivery refusal, incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or carrier inability to complete delivery. It does not apply to standard returns initiated through our normal return process.
